Jades new space is lovely and warm and perfectly peaceful, and balanced. My first visit was on a knee scooter due to being post op, enough room to park up and use my cruthes. Jade was lovely and helpful and has a very lovely grounded way about her. The lymphatic drainage was my first ever and it was amazing. I had been having lot of little niggling pains from being post injury and post op and was experiencing some mild migraines for the weeks prior to visiting her, and haven't had migraines since and my pains have subsided dramatically. Can't wait for my next treatment.

I recently had the incredible opportunity to experience a somatic de-armouring session with Jade and I can honestly say it was one of the most profound healing journeys I’ve ever been on. I have seen Jade for several treatments and I will never stop coming back!! For the Somatic de-armaoniring bodywork - wow this is the treatment I didn't know I needed. But it made so much sense that my intuition was telling me to book it in. I have had ongoing skin issues which is related to my gut (that Jade also helped me clear but that will be another review) with stored emotions / trauma in my belly and having this treatment from Jade was incredible. She found so many knots in there and released them with the stored energy coming through. I'm booking this treatment again in a few weeks as I know this is deep work that needs to be released and it's an ongoing process. Jade is a true master with her broad understanding of body, Ayurveda and energy work and I would encourage anyone to book in for any of her incredible offerings.
