Ayurvedic Health Consultation Process
When you book with me, we begin a holistic health consultation rooted in the wisdom of Ayurveda. During our first appointment, I’ll conduct a comprehensive assessment through the following diagnostic methods:
- Jivha: Examination of the tongue for signs of imbalance.
- Shabda: Evaluation of vital sounds, such as voice and breath.
- Sparsha: Skin assessment to observe texture, moisture, and temperature.
- Druk: Eye examination for insight into your internal health.
- Akriti: Physical body analysis, focusing on posture and overall structure.
- Mutra: Urine analysis to identify digestive and metabolic patterns.
- Mala: Stool analysis for a clear picture of digestive health.
Personalized Ayurvedic Program
Within 7 days of your initial consultation, I will design a personalized Ayurvedic program tailored to your specific needs and constitution (dosha). This plan will include diet, lifestyle adjustments, and any herbal remedies.
Your program will be delivered during a Debrief & Program Delivery Appointment, which we will schedule together.
Additionally, you’ll receive recommendations for custom Ayurvedic herbal blends, ranging from $12 to $40, available for delivery either in person or by post.
Your Booking Includes:
- Initial Ayurvedic health evaluation.
- Personalized program creation and delivery within 7 days.
- A debrief and program delivery appointment.
Please note that follow-up appointments are highly recommended for ongoing support and adjustments to your program, though they are not included in the initial booking.
